This week's extract from our Delta Modules courses isn't the usual presentation, but a quiz - to help you diagnose what you do and don't know about TEFL. It's built into our Module One course, to help people coming up to the exam decide which of the areas on the syllabus they still need to do more work on. But whether you're doing the course or not, it also serves as a general test of your knowledge on all areas involved in TEFL - from grammar to listening subskills to testing to any other area of methodology and language awareness. There are 30 questions, some of which are multiple choice, matching or other "quick answer types" but others which ask you to type in a short answer - so do it when you've got time to think about them. At the end, when you submit your answers, you'll be able to compare them with the answers provided, and will also find suggestions for further reading from the web on some of the the topics if you got the answers wrong or didn't know.
